Served as Principal Surveyor providing surveying services for the new centralized car rental, retail and storage facility east of the airport near Interstate 17, 16th Street and Sky Harbor Boulevard. This 2.5-million-square-foot facility at Sky Harbor International Airport is being constructed by Austin on a 120-acre site. Estimated construction cost is $142 million. |

Boulders Resort |

Scottsdale, Arizona. Served as Survey Principal for boundary, ALTA, construction and platting surveys of the undeveloped portions of the Boulders Resort as of 1982, including the existing golf course, resort hotel and other undeveloped portions in excess of 950 acres. |

Salt River Project (Open-End Contract) |

Arizona. Served as Survey Principal for Open End Survey contracts with SRP from 1986 thru 2008. Also provided survey technicians to work at SRP facilities. |

Usery Mountain Park |
|
Maricopa County, Arizona. Served as Principal Surveyor for Usery Mountain Recreation Area project. This approximately 5 square mile project included a portion of the Tonto National Forest for the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department. Work included ground control surveys, boundary delineations and locating of section and quarter corners for aerial photography. Base mapping was prepared in AutoCAD. |
